Visit the Four Rivers Web Cam The Four Rivers Center for the Performing Arts is located in the city of Paducah on the Ohio River. Four Rivers shall include an 1800-seat Concert Theatre, a 250-seat flexible space theatre as well as audience and performer support facilities. The main stage theatre will accommodate opera, ballet, Broadway shows, and large symphony orchestras.
Patrons will be able to drive up to a covered drop off area in front of the lobby and park their vehicles in adjacent parking areas. The building will be steel and concrete and clad in brick with pre-cast stone trim to match the historic buildings in the area. A large diamond patterned curtain wall on the lobby will create an elegant and impressive facade.
Plans include a large glazed two level lobby with two grand spiraling staircases. The lobby will be outfitted with four bars, a coat room, and plenty of washrooms. The finishes will be 'Venetian' plaster, wood paneling, terrazzo, and carpet. A large, 40-foot high mural, glass chandeliers and a glass donor wall will enhance the lobby.
