Whittenberg served as Construction Manager/General Contractor on this fast track project.
This concrete frame structure represented the second major project negotiated by Whittenberg on this "Green Fields" site. Built to house the corporate offices of DowElanco Worldwide Operations, the building has multiple setbacks, 42 feet high atrium areas and a 528 foot long pedestrian walkway over an adjacent lake.
Whittenberg provided all on-site scheduling, coordination and management of this trades-oriented project.
