Whittenberg provided General Contracting Services on this winner of the Pre-cast Concrete Institute's 1999 "Best Office Building" award. The two elevator towers are detailed to be reminiscent of the historic Zorn Avenue complex. Inside, a gentle reflecting pool soothes a four-story atrium space intentionally designed to bring occupants together in many little side meeting spaces that are conducive to chance meetings.
