Whittenberg Construction Company led the Design Build team and provided General Contracting Services for this 55,000 square foot, 5-story office building. It has a structural steel frame, with C.I.P. concrete on metal deck floors and a brick and glass curtain wall shell. The first, fourth and fifth floors were built out with the second and third shelled for future tenants. This buildings original 10-month construction schedule was completed on time.
